Richard Zande has been synonymous with expert lawyers in Ipswich from the early 1960’s, when Mr Zande Snr, Richard’s father, first set up the firm Richard Zande & Associates.
Richard has continued the family legacy, continuing as the Principal of Richard Zande & Associates, remaining in the same building and practicing in a broad area of law including family, criminal, wills & estates, conveyancing, employment & mediation.
Our priority as lawyers is client service, and we like to think all members of our friendly team treat our clients like family. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout your entire matter, and we provide regular written updates as your matter progresses. We are always happy to provide an update on the phone should you wish to see how your matter is progressing, or if you have any questions.
Some problems can’t wait and whilst we may not be in the office, our emails and voice messages are continually monitored out of hours to provide our clients with the best possible service.
We pride ourselves in working with our clients in their circumstances, whether it be attending a client’s house or hospital to complete a will, providing advice as to how to minimise lawyer fees, or facilitating out of regular hours appointments.
Our team work with our clients to obtain outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner. We also have a great team of allies that we work with that are able to assist with issues that arise out of the legal scope, such as financial planning for retirement, issues obtaining finance, or obtaining valuations.
We continue to be involved with local groups and charities, including holding Charity Wills Days, attending associations to discuss legal issues and estate planning, as well as being on hand to the groups and associations for them to ask questions as they arise. These groups include local car clubs, dirt kart clubs, ex-service organisations and other local charities.
